The stuff works, and I heard that the smell was really bad, but not much worse than other products I've used. It does just what is says, but for some reason, after several uses, the liquid gelled up on me and I couldn't apply it anymore. I made sure the top was tightly closed, so I don't know what happened. The stuff works, but I think the gel compound w is a better bet.

Good stuff. Works as advertised. Isn't that all that need be said? But for those considering freezing with one of those drug store freezing methods, forget about it. They don't work as advertised. For the few freezing works on, it still takes up to two weeks for the wart to fall off. Its not an instant fix. I tried freezing on a small wart twice (each its own seperate attempt). Never worked. I went back to Compound W and low and behold the little bugger is finally gone. I hope I saved you some time and money. Good luck.

Works like a champ! Quick, painless, and they look just like band-aids (unless you get really close) so you can wear them all day.
They do leave a really weird circle of bright white dead skin when you take them off. It peels/flakes off pretty easily, but it is a little gross-looking.

The clear adhesive sections make these wart remover strips very inconspicuous. I would highly recommend these over the liquid applicators. Not to mention, you can get the 3 pack on Amazon for $20 while just one pack in the store is over half that.

I have used the strips, and the liquid Compound W wart remover, but the gel form is overall better. The gel can be applied precisely, and it stays on longer compared to the strips or liquid (bottle with brush). I wish I would've purchased the gel from the beginning.
If you are embarrassed by you're warts, just apply the gel, let it dry, and then cover it up with a bandage.

I had a large wart on my palm for like2 years. I have tried numerous times to freeze it off to no avail. Finally got this stuff, 2 weeks later, wart is almost completely gone. I will re apply it next week again to make it go away completely. It has shrunk in size 75% at least. GET IT, IT WORKS!

This worked well for me for some stubborn warts (tried the acid route, which I think is more painful than this) and a skintag. Skin turns white, then deep red, then sloughs off in a couple of weeks and no more problem. Had to reapply twice to a couple, so be patient and let it work. Typical insurance doesn't cover cryotherapy in your Dr.s office so I think it's money well spent, esp. if you have to go back once or twice. I got the 12 application pack, as I didn't want to run out, and it was only a little more than the 7 pack. Adice: hold on the area long enough to be sure it's all white, which may be longer than instructions say.

I used the product for 3 weeks. I had a wart on my index finger (a rather large one too). I froze it and within 24 hours used the acid. What made this a success that isn't in the instructions is I used an emry board, filed the wart before applying the acid and wrapped the treated finger with a bandage. 2 weeks later I refroze the same and followed the acid/filing, bandage procedure for another 7 days. It has been 2 months and you wouldn't be able to tell I ever had a wart on my finger.
I noted there was blood vessels below the wart and once the blood vessels disappeared is when I decided the wart was no longer.
I would definitely recommend using the product though as another user stated, a child may find it to be an unpleasant experience.

The tips get very very cold. I am a MD and used this to treat my warts by myself. After 2 treatments, my warts were gone. Hurts like crazy as I froze the warts for about 1-1.5 minutes each, but it worked VERY well. Don't believe the negative reviews. This uses the same technology that you would get from a Dermatologist, and for me it costs less than one co-pay at a doctor's office. Dermatologists will minimally treat your warts so you have to keep coming back to see them. Plus, if a patient get a large blister from a treatment (which you should get if done properly), most people would bitch and moan that their doctor caused harm. When in actuality, you have to freeze all the surrounding tissue to effectively kill the warts as well, and this WILL cause a localized blister. I caused two blisters over each wart, and I had them gone in two weeks. I would have easily spent a couple hundred dollars in co-pays had I seen a Dermatologist.

I had serious doubts that Compound W Freeze Off could take care of a GIANT WART but it did. It took a few weeks but CWFO and a little patience really paid off. Two thumbs up CWFO!Compound W Freeze Off Plantar 8 applications kit
